Con la tontería del Twitter se están filtrando muchos detalles de la vida profesional de Patsy que sería impensable conocer antes.
Por ejemplo, ahora diferentes profesionales están divulgando la próxima aparición de Patsy en la revista dominical The Sunday Times, posiblemente para el domingo, 24 de octubre de 2010. También es posible que salga en portada.

Patsy aparece en portada junto a otros participantes del programa de baile Strictly Come Dancing en el último número de la revista inglesa Best (semana del 11 al 17 de octubre). En la portada aparece además el titular “Strictly Scandal: lust, lies & meltdowns. Plus Ann's shock rant.”
Le pregunté a Steph Faulkner (WindsorFans) qué ponía en el artículo sobre Patsy y ella me contestó lo siguiente, el miércoles, 13 de octubre:
that basically she wasn't happy bout that red dress I think but I think it was the pressure of Holby filming & dancing too!
I think now filming is out of the way that she will bd calm & relaxed & can concentrate fully on the dancing xxx
Al parecer, la actriz expresó su descontento con el vestido rojo que le dio el programa como uno de los factores que influyó en su mala actuación en el vals y también confió en que ahora que había terminado de rodar Holby City, podría dedicar todas sus energías al baile.
Por su parte, Susan Looker (pinkandsparklyx)intervino diciendo que:
I read that mag yesterday. I don't believe everything the media says, they exaggerate!
I think what you said is right. She was probably just really nervous and stressed and maybe just had a small flip out! x

Después de varios días de intenso entrenamiento para el programa de baile Strictly Come Dancing, la actriz Patsy Kensit parece haber sucumbido al cansancio, según informa Robin Windsor, su pareja de baile profesional, en su twitter, el día jueves, 14 de octubre de 2010:
Oh oh Patsy is poorly today. A day's training lost. Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Susan Looker, una seguidora de Patsy en el Twitter (pinkandsparklyx), comentó que podría ser que la actriz no apareciera en el programa It Takes Two, que se emitirá esta noche:
Us Patsy fans will have to wait a bit longer to see her on ITT. (…) Maybe just Robin will be on ITT and will let us know how Patsy is then.
Mientras, el canal oficial de Twitter del programa, bbcstrictly, no ha confirmado la cancelación de la aparición de la actriz en It Takes Two. Este programa se emite de lunes a viernes con una media hora de duración y en él se pretende mostrar los avances de los famosos con sus números de baile.
Recordemos que tras el fracaso inicial de la actriz con su primer baile, el vals, Patsy remontó el vuelo con un sensacional número de salsa. Superada la gran temida primera fase de eliminación el pasado domingo, 10 de octubre, y librada por fin de sus compromisos en Holby City el último viernes, 8 de octubre, la actriz había empezado a recuperar el tiempo perdido con una intensa dedicación a su próximo baile, un quickstep, tal como se ve en los informes diarios de Robin en el twitter:

Una seguidora de Strictly Come Dancing en el Twitter, Layla Tango, ha divulgado una fotografía de Patsy
durante el rodaje de Holby City.

Según Layla la escena de la imagen pertenece a un capítulo especial que se emitirá en Navidad. En la fotografía, se observa que el personaje de Patsy, Faye Morton, vestida con ropa de invierno y llevando a su bebé recién nacido, arrastra una maleta de ruedas. A su lado, el personaje interpretado por Rosie Marcel, Jac Naylor, le acerca algún tipo de papel. Jac lleva en su otra mano el casco de motorista.
La fotografía podría indicar que Faye parece abandonar Holby y Jac intenta comunicarle algo, posiblemente relacionado con Joseph (Luke Roberts) antes de su partida.

La actriz Patsy Kensit concedió una entrevista al programa matinal británico, "This Morning", el miércoles, 6 de octubre de 2010. Aunque el sitio web de la cadena ITV ha facilitado el vídeo de la entrevista, lamentablemente éste no se encuentra disponible para usuarios fuera del Reino Unido. Así que me limitaré por ahora a traducir el texto de la noticia (6/10/2010) que acompaña el vídeo.
La actriz accedió a sentarse en el sofá del programa matinal "This Morning" con la intención de hablar de sus progresos en el programa de baile en el que actualmente participa, "Strictly Come Dancing" (BBC) y de sus primeras incursiones en el vals y el fox-trot con los que despide su actuación en el papel de la enfermera Faye Morton en la serie Holby City.
Patsy advirtió que sus habilidades en la danza están muy oxidadas y no espera demasiado de su aparición en el programa:
No he vuelto a bailar desde que tenía 16 años. Solía hacer un poco de ballet los sábados por la mañana, pero eso fue hace como 100 años. Tengo 42 años ahora, así que estaré falta de práctica. Estoy segura de que en cuanto empiece a trotar por la pista de baile, el público necesitará llevar botas con punta de acero en la primera fila como protección contra mis pisotones. Es más, dudo que sobreviva a la segunda semana.
Aparte de traducir el texto de la noticia (6/10/2010) que acompaña el vídeo, he conseguido obtener el audio de la entrevista (la descarga del vídeo ha sido imposible). He elaborado un vídeo a partir de las fotos de la entrevista con el audio. Aquí podréis ver el resultado.
Por su parte, el medio Digital Spy (6/10/2010) ha recogido más declaraciones de las que Patsy vertió en el programa.
Publica que la actriz reconoció que no espera superar la fase eliminatoria de Strictly que tendrá lugar este fin de semana (9-10 de octubre), ya que la pareja formada por Patsy con el bailarín profesional Robin Windsor solo obtuvo 22 puntos por su vals del pasado viernes (1/10/2010), acabando casi al final de la lista de los mejor puntuados.
Patsy comentó que su frenética agenda de rodaje le impidió fijarse qué tendría que bailar ese fin de semana:
Mi horario está imposible en este momento [a causa de Holby], la semana pasada no tuve nada de tiempo para entrenar. Tuve diez días para entrenar antes del primer espectáctulo en directo. Y entonces esta semana no entrenamos en absoluto. ¡Ni siquiera sabía que tendríamos que hacer una rutina para el sábado!
Sabía que las dos primeras semanas iban a ser imposibles, pero estaba dispuesta a aceptar el reto y les hablé a mis hijos sobre ello, porque obviamente afecta a nuestra vida doméstica, ya que iba a tener que trabajar 18 horas al día y los chicos dijeron “Si eso es lo que quieres hacer, perfecto...” Pero ha sido más duro de lo que pensaba, y si supero lo de este fin de semana, entonces será fantástico, pero creo que me iré a casa.
Hablando sobre su actual falta de confianza en sí misma y sobre la ruptura de su matrimonio con Healy, Patsy añadió:
He tenido un año terrible, pero todos pasamos por momentos difíciles y no quiero echar más leña al fuego, pero tuve que recomponerme y seguir adelante con mi vida, y mostrar a mis hijos que la vida no es perfecta.
No quiero que nadie sienta ningún tipo compasión hacia mí, pero claro que no pensaba que hoy estaría aquí sentada teniendo esta conversación, era algo que no pensaba que ocurriría. Pero Jeremy [su exmarido] es un tipo estupendo y sinceramente le deseo lo mejor y yo solo tengo que centrarme en mis hijos.
Otros medios se han mostrado interesados en algunos de los comentarios que hizo la actriz para el programa.
Así, el diario sensacionalista "The Sun" (7/10/2010) añadió que, tras declarar Patsy que no hubo tiempo para ensayar nada, afirmó que su baile de debut la semana pasada con el bailarín profesional Robin Windsor había sido elaborado "a prisa y corriendo". El periódico cita además la posterior advertencia que le hizo el juez de Strictly Revel Horwood de que iba encaminada a convertirse en un "desastre para la danza".
Por su parte, el medio Contact Music (7/10/2010) publicó los argumentos de la actriz para no publicar sus memorias.
Las estaba escribiendo, pero ya no. Devolví el dinero y decidí que no era adecuado despúes de lo de este año [refiriéndose a su ruptura con Healy]. Hay algunas cosas de las que simplemente no necesitas hablar. Y tengo que pensar en mis hijos.

Su personaje "Joseph Byrne" estaba involucrado por entonces con el personaje de Patsy, "Faye Morton" y su ex, "Jac Naylor" (la actriz Rosie Marcel). Recientemente, conseguí que un compañero/a de Youtube (mazziimoon) me pasara la transcripción al inglés de la entrevista, a cambio de que yo le pasara un determinado capítulo de Holby. Así que aquí dejo el texto de la entrevista en inglés (otro día intentaré traducirla).
Interviewer: Well, Luke Roberts, who plays Holby's Dr. Joseph Byrne joins us now, and we were just saying as we watched that through, you know, she's a wrong'n. Luke: Indeed. Interviewer: She's not right, you've described her as evil! Luke: Have I? Interviewer: Yes, you have, to our researcher. Luke: Yeah, no, she is! Possibly! No, she is very much a wrong'n. And by the appearance of this, Faye is a right'n. Interviewer: Is she? Luke: Yes, but is she though? Interviewer: Ooooh! Luke: No, they're sort of um, Joseph's got his work cut out, he's sort of stuck between two potential femme s fetales. At the moment she's looking fairly wholesome, but she has a dark, murky past, also. Interviewer: But, from tonight's episode, which, how much of it can we discuss do you think? Luke: All of it! Interviewer: Oh great, ok, here we go. Because tonight is the night of Faye son's christening. Luke: Absolutely. Interviewer: And she's asked you to be godfather, even though the pair of you have agreed the relationship is off and over and you're just going to be friends. Which was decided over a jar of pickles I think. Luke: Of course, as it normally is! Interviewer: Yes, any relationship problems, we pull out the piccalilli! Then you can say afterwards, we were in a right old pickle! Luke: Indeed you can! Yes, so at the moment they're having a trues and yeah, he's agreed to be the godparent to Archie, Faye's son in the show, and it all looks good, but of course, there would be no drama without a crisis, so at the beginning, at the top of tonight's episode, Joseph's caught in the middle of an operation, it's a life and death situation, Jac is gently sipping a cappuccino rather than answering his pages to come and rescue him, so he can go to the christening, as a result, he doesn't show up, and she hands it over to someone else. Yes, I was well brought up. Um, yeah, you've stumped me, that's excellent! Interviewer: I'm merely quoting back your own words! Luke: Yes, I think that was a discussion about how close I am to the character, and I think that there's definitely a few cross over points, but essentially, you know, he's a pretty fastidious guy, and he's very good, very punctual, and a perfectionist, which in some aspects I am, but in my own life I'm a mess. Interviewer: Well, it was the OCD that initially attracted you to that character wasn't it? Luke: Absolutly, it's a great handle for an actor, to have something like that, and I hope that it's informed the character generally and so I've sort of developed and obsessive -- compulsive personalty disorder, for the character, not in my own life, although I did check the gas about four times before I left the house. Interviewer: But that's just common sense. I understand that you are now so emersed in being a doctor that you have turned into a bit of a hypochondriac .. Luke: This is true, and a bit of a .... Interviewer: And, would like to dignose your friends with very violent illnesses. Interviewer: Yes, absolutely, if I hear any weezing after a heavy night, it's a pulmonary oedema, where else do you go! Yeah, it's true, it just makes you a little bit paranoid, because as a doctor in the show, you're treating endless patients, of course with some dramatic liscence, they're quite extreme cases, you often have very young patients coming in, and by young I mean, sort of, early 30's, and ... Interviewer: So, a similar age to yourself! Luke: Well, quite, and they come in and they have some terrible scenarios, but it's drama so ... Interviewer: But the cure is the baked apple! Luke: Yes, it is, I was hoping you were going to bring this up, my mother stews apples, a lot, just occasionally, when I was a child, you're right, when I was a baby, there was a scenario, I lost a lot of weight, which would have been great when I was a teenager, which didn't happen, but yeah, when I was very little, I lost a lot of weight, I was obviously at death's door, none of the doctors knew what it was, and he happened to see this scenario that was very similar, and he recommended stewed apple, and my mother, being a good mum, dutifully whipped some up, and I ate it, and was fed on that for a few months, and recovered. Interviewer: There'll be doctors all over the country now, throwing down they're remotes ... Luke: I hope they're at work! Interviewer:That's what it is, and it's in the writings, it's in the British law! An apple a day ... Keeps the doctor away! Interviewer 2: It's incredible, what a discovery! Luke: Miracualous. Interviewer: And you've been healthy ever since, a paranoid, hypochondriac, but you have been healthy ever since! Luke: Yes, and I get to kiss Patsy Kensit on a weekly bases so it's a recipe for good .... Interviewer: That can't be bad! And how is patsy? Luke: Very good, yeah, she's lovely, she's ... Interviewer:Will you give her our love? Luke: Of course I will do, she's a sweet, sweet lady, and I'm just sorry she's having to have a costume fitting at the moment so she couldn't be here ... Interviewer: Costume fitting for a wedding dress? Thank you very much indeed, we'll be glued to Holby City tonight as usual.
